Spacious and airy, the living room opens onto a sunny balcony overlooking the heated pool, and, just beyond that – the sands and waves of Florida’s Indian Rocks Beach! Plush, overstuffed seating accommodates 6, with extra seating available in the adjacent dining area and bar. In terms of electronic perks, the living room comes equipped with high-speed internet connection, and a 27" TV loaded with cable, all the premium movie channels, and both a VCR and DVD player. And if slow-dancing on the balcony in the brilliant Florida sunset is on the agenda (and it really ought to be), there’s also an AM/FM stereo with cd player. Once the breezes on the balcony get brisk, the wood-burning fireplace will turn up both the warmth and the romance.

A true full-meal deal, the bright, welcoming kitchen is fully-loaded with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and every manner of utensil, cookware and plateware – pretty much the only thing not included is the food! A breakfast bar divides the kitchen proper from the living room, and a separate formal dining area, complete with glass-topped dining table that comfortably seats 4, provides an area for more traditional dining. The whole opens into the adjacent living room - ideal for entertaining!

The master bedroom, overflowing with natural light, comes outfitted with all the necessities: a large walk-in closet, toe-friendly carpeting, rich, dark wood furniture, a ceiling fan, and – the piece de resistance – a queen-sized bed wrapped in delectable 300-count sheets. How about a 27" Sony Trinitron TV with a full, private master bath adjoining.

The guest bedroom features two twin Sealy Perfect Sleepers, each fitted with 300-count sheets, as well as a 19" TV, soft carpeting, ceiling fan, plenty of closet room, and ample natural light. It does have one drawback, though: many guests who stay in it, never want to leave! Be warned.
